You know what I never understood? Johnny Cash made all those so-called "American" roots music albums that were full of gospel and blues and so on but he NEVER covered a Haze tune on there! Imagine Cash doing "No More Hot Dogs" or "D.P.A. Blues." Woulda worked. Wonder if Rick Rubin wouldn't let him?

I never heard of Hasil Adkins until I stumbled 'cross a clip on Amazon and ordered everything they had on CD. No MP3 for this boy! Mr. Baskett's eloquence summed it up for me. It makes me laugh at the noonday sun and wanna get a bucket of KFC, too!
